The products and services provided by AccessChamp are:

  1. Online training resources that are suitable for hotels and conference centres to train staff in all departments about accessibility.
  2. Online training resources that are suitable to train an Access Champion and departmental Access Champions about accessibility in hotels and conference centres.

All materials on this website are provided in good faith and based on our understanding of good practice in providing outstanding customer service to disabled hotel guests and visitors and in compliance with English law.  Before making changes to your policies and procedures, we would always recommend that you seek independent legal and/or professional advice and ensure that you comply with the requirements of your insurers, your local authority and other relevant bodies.  The views of bloggers are their own and not necessarily those of AccessChamp.  Suppliers are listed on this website for information and in good faith, AccessChamp will not be responsible for any losses incurred should you decide to trade with them.”

A refund policy

The AccessChamp refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights under English Law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. AccessChamp’s liability in relation to any claim is limited to the purchase price of the goods bought.

AccessChamp only accepts responsibility for the down time of the service it is scheduled to provide.   AccessChamp will refund the downtime of its web based training service if it is not available for more than 90 minutes and provided that a training session was due to take place at that time. 

All refunds must be claimed within 48 hours of the end of the downtime along with the training that was scheduled.  A refund will be made to the card used in the original purchase for the equivalent of any training that has had to be rescheduled and in line with the size of the establishment up to a maximum of 1/31 of the monthly subscription.
